What we do

ICFPP is an all Indian Tribal nonprofit corporation and a consortium of tribes formed to provide Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) advocacy. Please see our programs and services page for more information of the cases we serve and our additional services offered.

Who we serve

ICFPP serves a consortium of tribal governments in Lake, Mendocino and Sonoma Counties. We may also offer services to those outside of our consortium tribes. Please visit our services page for additional information.

Foster Parent Recruitment 

ICFPP needs you. When our Indian children are removed from their homes, we need Tribally Approved Homes to provide care.

Requirements - 18 years of age, can pass a background check*, have a home to approve.

* If there are things in your criminal background, ICFPP may be able to help exempt the offense(s).

Opioid Prevention Grant - Digital Storytelling 

In collaboration with the STORYCENTER the ICFPP worked with community members to develop their own digital stories. Stories touch on opioid misuse, please take care while watching.
